Carbon fibre and box building/robotics, etchey when i get home if anybody you know or if you guys want a box built or watever just let me know. we just went over robotics today plus some crazy ideas i got with plexiglass  plus im also learning how to lay carbon fibre next week

awwwwwwww shit that's the tits. I hope to be starting my fiberglass system working this month some time. I have all my shit tore out and I'm starting to lay dynamat!!! You can lay carbon fiber riiigh over fiberglass can't you? If I'd get the system done in fiberglass after you learn how to lay carbon fiber, maybe we could do the trunk in that instead of paint. who know's we'll see.

as far as i know you can lay cf on fiberglass. Ive seen a couple people make a dash out of f.g. and lay c.f. over it and it looked nice as hell

Yeah, theres a guy on my forums who lays c/f over any car part metal, plastic, whatever. He just calls it carbon fiber overlay parts. You don't save any weight, you just have tits ass carbon fiber look!!!!

ya idk all i know is that i cant wait to get home, redo my entire system, and def do some cf work ill see the teacher today and ill ask him if i can do that with the cf over fiberglass. then prolly tomorrow ill learn how to do cf

I remember reading about how to lay cf before, not as simple as I thought haha. Thats good shit pagani, can't wait to see what you can do once you learn that stuff!

lol the teacher taught me how to do that shit... its really not as hard as it sounds.... and i can lay c/f on anything if i need to make a piece from scratch its hard as hell and i need a big ass oven to bake the shit in but its not too bad... the only draw back to c/f is the stuff is like 80 bucks a yard. but thats not as bad as paying 600 for an oem real c/f hood. i should b back in about 2 and a half weeks
